Ini hasil percobaan yang kedua kali, rasanya enak dan legit. Supaya rasa coklatnya lebih kuat, sebaiknya coklat bubuk dilarutkan dengan air panas sebelum dicampur dengan adonan.
Ingredients:
1 c butter (room temperature)
2 1/2 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract or 1 tsp almond extract
6 eggs
2 c cake flour
1 c all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 C sour cream
3 T cocoa powder mix with 3 T hot water
1. In a small bowl, mix baking soda with sour cream, set aside. In a medium bowl sift together cake flour, all purpose flour, baking powder and salt, set aside.
2. In large mixing bowl beat butter on low to medium speed about 30 second. Add sugar and vanillla; beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating on low to medium speed 1 minute after each addition and scraping bowl frequently. Alternately add flour mixture and sour cream to butter mixture, beating on low speed after each addition just until combined. Reseve 2 cups batter. Pour remaining batter into bundt pan.
3. In a small mixing bowl combine chocolate and reserved 2 cups batter. Pour chocolate batter over vanilla batter in pan. Using a fork, swirl the batter to form marble pattern.
4. Bake in a 350 oven about 50 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before remove the cake from pan.
