Pisang goreng



Pisang goreng? wah ini sih bikinnya gampang amat, tinggal buat adonan tepung, celupkan pisang, digoreng... jadi deh. Tapi pengen renyah seperti yang dijual abang-abang itu ... ternyata susah lho. Sudah mencoba berbagai kombinasi tetap belum puas, yang ini sepertinya sudah cukup renyah... tapi tetap aja hanya bertahan sejam, setelah itu tidak kriuk-kriuk lagi deh.

1 1/2 C rice flour
1/2 C all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 T sugar powder
1/4 C coconut milk
3/4 C water
5 ripe plantains

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar in large bowl.
Add coconut milk and gradually blend in water, beating with a whisk until smoooth.
Peel plantains. Cut each plantain into 5-6 pieces.
Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat.
Dip plaintain pieces in flour mixture, coating completely.
Cook 6-8 pieces at a time (depend on pan size) until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel. Serve warm.
