
1 lb fish paste (chacha)
1/2 C tapioca starch
1/2 C coconut milk
2 T vegetable oil
2 sdt garlic powder
1 tsp white pepper
1 T sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 chopped green onion
Banana leaves for wrapping.
Mix well all the ingredients.
Wrap 2 T of batter with 1 piece of banana leaf,
Grill over hot coal until done.
Serve with "sambal kacang"
